If
you're pregnant, please let us know when you schedule your appointment.
During
pregnancy, there are many benefits from massage. Massage relieves
muscle tension in the back, shoulders, and neck, and helps relax
muscles involved in labor and birth. It also helps relieve
waste products through the lymphatic and circulatory system,
reducing fatigue and creating energy. Massage reduces pain from cramping,
tightening, stiffness, tension and knots, and brings relief to sore,
swollen ankles.

Massage is not for all pregnant women. If your pregnancy is
high-risk, or if you are experiencing any complications, please
discuss massage therapy with your physician before scheduling an
appointment.
You will be asked to
arrive at least 20 minutes before your first appointment in order to
complete a brief Client Information Form and Pregnancy Form.
